With decades of combined experience in SaaS technology and deep expertise in supporting complex enterprise organizations, we have established ourselves as the go-to consulting firm for businesses considering software transitions, contract negotiations, implementation guidance, and post go-live support. We are seeking to add a qualified senior team member who can lead projects and contribute to our ongoing success. This role requires occasional travel for onsite customer visits and industry conferences.
Job Description:
We are looking for a knowledgeable, highly qualified self-starter to join our team as an Associate Partner. In this role, you will serve as a main point of contact on various projects, managing responsibilities such as overseeing RFP processes, implementing new software solutions, leading technology initiatives, and providing fractional CX support to clients post-implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Business Consulting: Business consulting for sophisticated health, fitness, beauty, and wellness operators and offer consulting on their overall technology strategy.
- End-to-End RFI and RFP Process Management: Skilled in managing the entire Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, including drafting, distributing, and evaluating responses.
- Product Demo Coordination: Ability to coordinate product demonstrations, effectively showcasing software capabilities to stakeholders and answering critical questions.
- Requirements Gathering: Competent in capturing and documenting thorough product requirements to ensure software solutions align with client needs and expectations.
- Customer and Vendor Liaison: Skilled at acting as a liaison between the client and their third-party software vendors, facilitating clear communication, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment on project goals.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think strategically, understanding both the big picture and finer details to guide clients toward informed, future-focused decisions.
- Executive Communication: Experience leading discussions with executive management teams, presenting complex information in a clear, concise manner and building consensus around key initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 5+ Years of Industry Experience in the health, fitness, or wellness industry, with a strong focus on technology consulting and SaaS solutions.
- Proven Track Record of successfully implementing SaaS solutions, including experience with project management, software deployment, and user adoption strategies.
- Comprehensive Knowledge of RFI/RFP Processes, with hands-on experience managing end-to-end RFI and RFP workflows, from drafting to final selection.
- Strong Facilitation Skills for coordinating product demos, leading meetings, and ensuring clear, productive interactions between clients and vendors.
- Exceptional Communication Abilities to serve as a bridge between clients and third-party vendors, with experience in client relationship management.
- Strategic Problem-Solver with a track record of developing forward-thinking solutions and guiding clients in technology decisions that align with their business objectives.
- Executive-Level Presentation Skills, with the ability to confidently lead conversations with senior management, present findings, and advocate for solutions.
- High-Level Analytical and Organizational Skills to manage complex projects, track deliverables, and ensure high standards of service.
- Ability to Travel as needed, both for client meetings and industry conferences, approximately 60 days per year.

About ALTA Technology Group:
ALTA Technology Group is boutique consulting firm in the health, fitness, and wellness industry. One of the services that we offer our clients is event coordination and production for user conferences, summits, and franchise conventions. Additionally, we produce our own summit each year. Our goal for the upcoming year is to build out this team and start aggressively marketing this service and expand our offerings. We are looking for a dedicated Director of Events who is eager to build with us. Some travel to visit venues, customers, and for the live events is required.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Director of Events to join our team and play a key role in organizing and executing successful conferences.
Responsibilities:
- Budgeting and P&L Management:
- Ensure that event budgets are memorialized and adhered to.
- Event Planning and Coordination:
- Work closely with internal teams to understand event requirements and objectives.
- Coordinate logistics for conferences, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements.
- Manage relationships with hotels, food & beverage vendors, sponsors, and exhibitors.
- Software Platform Management:
- Oversee and manage the event software platform to ensure seamless registration and attendee experience.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with support teams to resolve any software-related issues.
- Sales Reporting:
- Regularly report on ticket sales, sponsorship sales, and other relevant metrics.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for optimizing future events.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, exhibitors, and vendors.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and ensure consistent messaging.
- On-site Event Management:
- Coordinate on-site logistics during events to ensure a smooth and successful execution including but not limited to:
- Badge handout and registration
- SWAG bag coordination and assembly
- Serving as main point of contact for hotel and third-party vendors
- Delivering and managing content to AV team
- Sponsor management
- Package delivery and coordination
- Address any issues or concerns that may arise during the event.
- Coordinate on-site logistics during events to ensure a smooth and successful execution including but not limited to:
- Team Management:
- Delegate tasks to event administrators.
- Support 1-3 direct reports.
- Coordinate on-site event support with employees and/or temporary contractors.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in event planning and coordination
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with event management software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- High level of effective interpersonal skills and excellent customer service
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Review and understand contracts with hotel and conference locations
Ability to:
- Travel internationally (required).
- Travel approximately 60-80 days a year (required).
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
- Convey a positive and professional image.
- Take leadership in discussing, planning, strategizing, and coordinating events with little supervision.
- Lead recurring client-facing virtual and/or in-person meetings ahead of the event.
- Work full-time, approximately 9am to 5pm, Monday-Friday.
