Tara Levitt is Co-Founder & Chief Customer Officer at AltaDX, where she leads customer strategy and enterprise partnerships for fitness, wellness, and beauty brands navigating digital transformation.

“Raised by the fitness industry”, Tara has spent the majority of her career in member management software and operations, working across nearly every business function — including operations, product management, implementation, sales, and customer success. This cross-functional experience enables her to bring both strategic vision and practical execution to complex initiatives.

She has partnered with many of the industry’s largest global brands, helping them align technology, operations, and customer experience to drive measurable growth and long-term member value.

Following the successful exit of Motionsoft to Daxko in 2020 — where she served on the senior leadership team — Tara led technical project and product management initiatives for Zenoti, a leading software provider in the med-spa and boutique wellness segment, and Club Sports Group, the largest franchisee of F45 studios.

A recognized customer success advocate, Tara is a frequent speaker on technology and the member journey and serves as Co-Host of The Fitness Technology Summit.
