Title: Sales and Marketing Coordinator – Part Time

We are seeking to add a qualified team member who can lead projects and contribute to our ongoing success. This role requires occasional travel for onsite customer visits and industry conferences.
Position Overview
We’re seeking a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our teams with the tools, resources, and content they need to drive new business. This role sits at the intersection of sales strategy, marketing execution, writing, social media management, and design, perfect for someone who can turn ideas into compelling, visually engaging materials that elevate our brand and accelerate pipeline.
As the Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to develop high-quality enablement assets, streamline sales processes, and deliver marketing content that strengthens our story across every stage of the customer journey. You will also support our social media presence by managing the LinkedIn calendars, designing graphics, posting content consistently, and encouraging team members to contribute thought leadership and updates. Your work will help ensure our teams show up with clarity, consistency, and impact.
This position is a part-time role, structured for approximately 20 hours per week. The schedule offers flexibility while still ensuring consistent collaboration with the sales, marketing, and leadership teams. The workload balances strategic initiatives with ongoing content creation and enablement needs, making it an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can manage multiple priorities within a part-time framework. While the role begins part-time, there is potential for it to expand into a full-time position over time based on company growth, performance, and organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
SALES & ENABLEMENT
- Under the direction of the team, develop and execute sales enablement strategies that align with business goals and improve sales performance.
- Design and produce visually engaging materials such as pitch decks, playbooks, one-pagers, case studies, and training content with support from the consulting teams.
- Create and maintain a central enablement hub with updated sales resources, templates, and content libraries.
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure messaging, visuals, and brand are consistent across all sales assets.
- Support leadership in identifying gaps in sales effectiveness and designing targeted solutions.
MARKETING & SOCIAL MEDIA
- Support the LinkedIn content calendars for both ALTA and FTS, including planning, scheduling, and posting content.
- Create original social media graphics, visuals, and copy that reflect the brand and drive engagement with support from the consulting teams and leadership.
- Encourage and support team members to participate in content creation, from thought leadership posts to event updates.
- Design marketing collateral, including social media posts, banners, emails, brochures, and event signage.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in sales enablement, marketing, or sales operations roles (preferably in B2B or SaaS).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva, with a strong sense of visual hierarchy, storytelling, and layout.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and/or Keynote presentations.
- Excellent communication and writing skills — ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- A collaborative, self-starter mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Skills:
- Motion graphics or video editing for short-form enablement content.
- Experience creating interactive sales experiences (e.g., Notion, Miro, or interactive PDFs).
- Knowledge of brand design systems and storytelling frameworks.
