Qualifications:

• Proficiency in QuickBooks
• Experience in bookkeeping, AR, and AP management
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Understanding of standard accounting principles and procedures
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams
• Previous experience in a similar role required

We are seeking to add a qualified team member who can lead projects and contribute to our ongoing success. This role requires occasional travel for onsite customer visits and industry conferences.

Position Overview

ALTA Technology Group is seeking a Senior Consultant to support digital transformation and operational improvement projects across our client base in the health, fitness, and wellness industries. This role is ideal for someone who excels at turning strategic vision into execution, with experience in SaaS implementation, process design, and cross-functional collaboration.

This position blends strategic insight with executional rigor and requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage digital transitions, document scalable processes, and support operational transformation across multi-location businesses. You will play a key role in helping our clients simplify complexity, scale operations, and maximize the value of their technology investments as part of a team committed to aligning systems and strategy to deliver lasting value for franchise and enterprise-level organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of client-facing projects related to software implementation, operational improvement, and digital transformation
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into clear action plans and deliverables
• Document business processes, SOPs, training guides, and implementation playbooks with accuracy and clarity
• Assist with requirements gathering, vendor coordination, and system configuration support across a variety of SaaS platforms
• Manage project timelines, task trackers, meeting notes, and follow-ups to ensure momentum and accountability
• Participate in quality assurance activities during system rollouts and configuration updates, identifying and resolving gaps as needed
• Prepare materials for client communications, leadership updates, and executive presentations
• Analyze system workflows, user adoption patterns, and operational challenges to recommend solutions that improve efficiency and scalability
• Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and process refinement to support ongoing growth and consistency across ALTA client engagements
• Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders, representing ALTA with professionalism and reliability at every stage of the project lifecycle

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, consulting, or project management, preferably in the health, wellness, fitness, or multi-location services industry
• Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, FranConnect, Zenoti, MindBody, or similar
• Strong documentation skills with the ability to create polished SOPs, playbooks, and client-ready deliverables
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, translate strategy into execution, and maintain accountability across stakeholders
• Clear, professional communicator with experience supporting executive-level clients or internal leadership
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable building structure in evolving or ambiguous environments
• Familiarity with franchise or multi-unit business models is a plus
• Ability to travel as needed, both for client meetings and industry conferences, approximately 60 days per year.
